Operating hours start from 3pm onwards daily, can't store any luggage even before check in or after check out.

Kinda the worst experience that I have to stroll my luggage to the hostel and found out the door will be opened at 3pm and I have to find some available luggage storage to keep my bag and it's quite hard in that busy area such a Asakusa Most are fully occupied. At least hostel should send the useful to guest upon receive the booking to let them know that hostel do not have space to store the luggage.

I spent a month in Japan. While I was over there I had the chance to stay at over 20 different hotels and hostels. Just about every night I was in a new place. I have to say by far hostel Kura was my favorite. The owner is a wonderful man and everybody's staying at this hostel was very friendly.
