Went to Kappabashi specifically to buy 2 knives. Willing to spend at least $500-$700 each. Went to another store but they didn't have the type of knife i wanted. So went to this store seeing the high reviews. Walked in, my husband and I were the ONLY people in there. 2 employees 'working'. We walked thru the whole store looking very interested. Read moreI recently visited this incredible knife shop in Tokyo, and it was an unforgettable experience. The selection of knives is outstanding, with everything from traditional Japanese kitchen knives to more specialized tools for professional chefs. The craftsmanship and attention to detail in each knife are truly impressive. Whether you're a home cook or a professional, this shop is a must-visit if you're looking for high-quality, authentic Japanese knives. The atmosphere of the store also adds to the experience—clean, organized, and with a deep respect for the art of knife-making. Highly recommend for anyone passionate about cooking or...
