REAL RESTAURANT — Restaurant in Tokyo

After having curry for lunch I wasn’t too excited when my partner proposed going to another curry place - but just as he promised this place had a lot of non curry options on the menu. We found many vegetarian options to share, and were impressed with the attention to detail on everything in this restaurant. The chef thrilled us with each plate’s carefully prepared flavor, the waiter took good care of us during our meal (even answering some questions about the Hindu decorations), and there were delightful handmade details - such as the star napkin under the tempura we ordered. I am in love with Real Restaurant, will come again! As for the place, it seats groups of 2 and 4, and on a Saturday evening (19:30) it was quite popular (luckily some families came to eat quite early so we could get a table. They also offer chai and/or coffee with the meal.
