さて、肝心の料理についてです。ピザは完璧ではないものの、日本基準では平均以上のクオリティでした。イタリア人として断言できるのは、日本はイタリア国外で最も美味しいイタリア料理が食べられる国の一つだということ。つまり、ここで出される料理は本当に美味しいということです。

パスタは理想的なアルデンテで、オリーブオイルのバランスもイタリアらしく、風味豊かでした。特に印象に残ったのは、クリーミーなマッシュルームリゾットです。単に美味しいだけではなく、特別な一皿でした。そして、シーフードのカチョエペペは驚きの一品。大胆な味わいで強い印象を残しました。

トイレは、約80cm×120cmとかなり狭いですが、清潔に保たれていました。狭さが少し気になったものの、料理の美味しさがそれをカバーしてくれました。

総じて、Ritaは日本でイタリア料理を愛する人々にとって、魅力的な小さな空間で美味しい料理を提供してくれる宝石のようなレストランです。

Today, I dined at Rita, a cozy Italian restaurant with an elegant name that sets high expectations right from the signage. The name “Rita” is beautifully displayed, a detail that instantly suggests care and thoughtfulness—a promising start.

The restaurant itself is intimate, seating around 10 people, with a team of 4-5 working smoothly behind the scenes. Despite the small size, the atmosphere felt lively and welcoming.

Now, the food—let’s get into it. The pizza, while not perfect, was still above average for Japan. As an Italian, I can confidently say that Japan offers some of the best Italian cuisine outside of Italy, so when I say it’s good, it’s really good.

The pasta was exactly as it should be: al dente, rich, and flavorful with that perfect balance of olive oil that Italians know so well. A standout was the creamy mushroom risotto, which was not just good—it was exceptional. And the seafood cacio e pepe? Simply wow. A dish that left a lasting impression with its bold flavors.

As for the restroom, it’s definitely a tight fit, measuring roughly 80cm by 120cm. While the size was a bit inconvenient, it was clean, and the quality of the food more than made up for any minor discomfort.
