（味の感想は★からです） 私はレトロな雰囲気が好きだ。

レトロの定義は割と曖昧なものであるが、ノスタルジックに浸れるものを私はレトロと定義している。

スタバに入り浸ってカッコつけている私が言えることではないかもしれない。 新しいものがどんどん目まぐるしく更新されていく今だからこそ、時間の流れに置いていかれた昭和の香りはより一層私の心をつく。

こういうことを言うと、よく二者択一の選択を迫ってくる人がいる。 お前は古いものが好きなのか？それとも新しいものが好きなのか？私の答えは両方である。

人間はよく物事を簡略化しようとする。 二つに決めてしまえば簡単だし、要らない頭を使わなくて済む。 だが、私はその二つには決められない絶妙な距離感や空気感を感じるのが我々人間の楽しみだと思っている。

私は知らず知らずにたくさんの可能性を潰してしまっている。 二兎を追うものは一兎も得ずという諺があるが、私は二兎を追いながらそれなしに考えれば良いと思っているたちである。

寛大であることはそれだけで人の大きさを示すものであり、また広い視野を持つことにもつながる。

I don’t understand why so high ranking. The taste of the Raman was not delicious at all. The soup has some bitter taste and noodle was just so so. Also, even it was very hot outside, the staff didn’t let customers enter the store until last “group” of customers all left. We needed to wait until everyone in restaurant all went out, then we could enter. Even worse, as the picture attached, the place they let customer wait, are just next to the air condition machine. It was very hot, in addition with very hot air from the air condition machine, so before ate, we were already so sweat!

Fantastic find in Omori and around a less than 10 mins walk from Omori Station. Went on a weekday and didn't have to wait although the restaurant was fully occupied when we arrived. The restaurant is run by a young and enthusiastic chef who clearly enjoys his craft and interacting with customers. He was very helpful and cheerful. We went for the broth with chicken, pork and shrimp/seafood base which was very flavourful. Additionally we ordered the dumplings which came with chili oil as a dipping sauce. Overall very...
