September 2023 I was able to fulfill my bucket list in traveling to Japan. I landed at the Haneda airport late and was looking for a place to eat. Most the places were closed and I came to this restaurant since my hotel was around the corner. They let me know they were about to close but let me order some food. とても不快な思いをしたので、長くなりますが書き込ませていただきます。 2024.11月に来店。ランチ時で並んでいましたが、飛行機までかなり時間に余裕があったので、夫と二人で並びました。名前を書いて、椅子に座って待っていましたが、なかなか呼ばれず。 前の人が呼ばれたので席を詰めて次かなと待ちましたが、なぜか飛ばされました。 後ろのお待ちが一人だからかもしれないし、もう少し待ってたら呼ばれると思いそのまま待っていましたが結局何組にも抜かされ続けました。 さすがにおかしいと思い女性のスタッフに声を掛けて名前の表を見せていただきましたが、何故か私たちの名前は線で消されていました… 特に名前が聞こえないほど騒がしかったわけでもなく、こちらも一度も席を立っていないため、聞き逃すことはないと思います。 勘違いで消してしまったことは仕方ないので構わないのですが、お待ちの方を案内していた男性スタッフからは一言も謝罪がありませんでした。(おそらくこの方のミスだと思います) 最前の椅子に座っているのにこの人たち、なかなか動かないな？とせめてそちらも違和感に気づいてほしかったです。 そんなこんなで、ご飯もおいしくいただけませんでした。 最後に例の男性スタッフがお会計してくださいましたが、謝罪なく終わりましたの...
