Incubator is an awesome, small bar, with fantastic science themed drinks, including the apparatus and all.

Even though I went in alone, the owner did a fantastic job of keeping me engaged, exchanging stories of travel and science.

The drinks were delicious, but to be honest just the atmosphere alone is worth it. From displays of some metals to embryos, experiment apparatus and lab coats, it's a great experience.

If you hate science, you may not enjoy it. If you're indifferent to it, you might like the concept just as is! And of course, if you're from a science background, I'm sure you'll love it the moment you walk in.

Science Bar Incubator is a fantastic sciencethemed concept bar in Yotsuya! The cocktails are all element and science themed, served in beakers and lab equipment that really complete the experience.

They offer a great snack menu with an English menu available, which is super helpful. One unique feature is their AI-generated drink option which definitely worth trying! When you enter, you're even offered a lab coat to wear, which adds to the fun atmosphere.

Some drinks include mini science experiments, like heating sake to different temperatures to adjust the taste, or watching solutions dissolve and change color right before your eyes. The drinks are very reasonably priced too, making this a great spot for a unique night out.

Lovely, small bar located in a sleepier alley in Shinjuku. The owner is clearly a huge fan of science, and seems to be fairly well read in that respect. The atmosphere and decor is excellent. Every drink comes with a science-y twist; whether being served in a Erlenmeyer Flask, or integrating the use of a Bunsen burner in the presentation, the entire visit becomes an experience. The bartenders will even explain the chemistry of why your drink tastes the way it does, or turns that color when they apply heat. This bar is a labor of love, and it shows in every piece of decor, and the care taken by the owner.
