Sen'yō — Restaurant in Tokyo

I had about 10 minutes before the restaurant opened, but there was one woman waiting in line, and I wondered if I should continue to wait. 프렌치코스만 먹어봤지 중화요리코스는 처음임. 비교 평가 대상이 없어서 애매하긴한데,

일단 히가시코엔지에서는 유명한 중화요리집에다 비브구르망에 올랐고, 쉐프가 티비출현한거 보고 한번 가봐야겠다 싶어 예약 방문.(기본 아라카르토 예약 불가인데 코스만 예약 받음)

첫 중화코스라 기대하고 갔는데 기대한만큼 음식은 전체적으로 맛있었음. 특히 전체요리가 임펙트 있었음. 뭐 하나 안빠지고 맛있었음.

다만, 주말인데도 원래 코스 예약손님이 없는 가게인지 다른 테이블들이 다들 볶음밥 곱베기, 마파두부 밥많이 등 그냥 가족단위 손님이 주류로 중국집에서 짜장면에 군만두 시키는 듯한 매우 로컬식당 분위기. 그래서인지 코스 메뉴 서빙도 한템포씩 늦음. 이미 다 먹고 접시를 내놔야 주방에 코스 다음요리 주문이 들어감.

서빙하시는 할머니가 굉장히 아름다우셨는데, 다소 일머리가 없는건지, 일한지 얼마 안됀건지. 그릇 치우고 음식 내는 것은 느리고, 음료 다 마시기 전에 다음 음료 묻거나 혹은 물 가져다 주기, 새접시 주기는 아예 안됌. 그래도 다른 주방 아줌마들이 티나게 서빙 할머니를 구박하는 거 같은 소리가 들려서 먹으면서 내가 다 민망했음.

또 프렌치랑 비교해서 모리츠케를 이쁘게 바란건 아니지만, 그릇에 여기저기 기름 튄 그대로 서빙된 것도 아쉬웠음.

결론적으로는 전체적으로 인당 단가 1~2000엥 정도 되는 것 같았는데, 음식은 맛있었지만, 둘이서 1만2천엔 정도 내고 굳이 코스를 예약할 분위기는 아닌 듯 한 가게였음.

접객이나 서비스 질 높이지 않는 이상은 그냥 단품으로나 먹으러 갈 듯.

(여담으로 결제할때 레시트도 없이 구두로 금액 말하고, 따로 돈 받으로 오지도 않아서 입구에서 결제하나 싶어 나가는데 아무도 안잡음ㅋㅋㅋㅋ내가 말안했음 돈도 안내고 가도 아무도 안잡을 분위기. 동네 중국집이나 다름 없는 분위기라…참 음식맛에 비해...
