Had heard so much about this place and was so looking forward to the meal. Had a bit of difficulty finding the restaurant. Was in B1 in an open air alcove, not exactly underground. Signs outside the neighbouring restaurants showed that there were many who knocked on the wrong door. I was surprised we had to wait outside in the cold a few minutes before the reservation time. Read moreFrom start to finish, our experience at Sushi Labo in Shibuya was phenomenal. Cleverly tucked away from the hustle and bustle of Shibuya, the serene, minimalist environment created the perfect backdrop for an unforgettable omakase meal.
The service was warm, attentive, and genuinely thoughtful without being overbearing. Each course was beautifully crafted, and the ingredients were fresh, seasonal, and flavorful. You can truly feel the care and skill that goes into every bite.
What makes this place extra special is how accessible it is—easy to book, incredibly well-priced for the quality, and welcoming from the moment you walk in. It’s rare to find a place that delivers on all fronts, but Sushi Labo does exactly that.

This place is not far from shibuya station. Probably 5-8mins walk.
Not wheelchair friendly for sure, as you have to walk some stairs down .
Once we reached, we have to queue for a while, waiting to be attended. The restaurant is small , yet bright and cosy. The staff and chef are friendly and can speak english. They would explain to you abt every dishes
