Location: It is inside Hibiya Okuroji which is the area under JR track between Yurakucho and Shimbashi station. It might be a bit difficult to find if you are new but look for yhe enterance to shops under the track.
Atmosphere: The restaurant has a modern and cozy atmosphere and have outside seating arrangement as well.
Food: The menu has variety of food options like steak, pasta , falafel or turkish grill. All the food is Halal and also have Vegan options.
We had Salmon Carpaccio, Falafel, Mix grill and Salmon and cream Pasta. Carpaccio was good but other things were just average. The grill was cold, Pasta was too blend.
Service: When we visited the resturant it was full and were advised to stand outside in line by the south asian gentleman however there were some tables free outside we could have atleast be guided to use the chairs to sit while waiting. We know about that cause while eating we saw the next couple arrived after us was guided to outside seating by Japanese lady. Overall service was good but the staff seams overwhelmed and you have to call and stop them to ask something as otherwise they dont come to your table.
Price: prices are a bit high compare to other areas in Tokyo but then its Ginza!!
Overall great initiative with Halal and international options in Ginza area. They just need to improve a bit their taste and service.
Looking forward to get things improved in...
Read moreI had bad experience in customer service during today’s dinner: Asked whether the fruit juice is fresh or not. The waiter said here in Japan, fruit juice was not made in house. He said if I want fresh juice, go to the juice shop (very rude of you- you could have politely said that we dont have it- why did you question the tourist always asked this question?)
I ordered a pizza for myself and I could not finish it. I asked for takeaway but they said, this is not the culture of Japan. Though, eventually he helped me to take away but the way of communication was very rude arrogant. I don’t understand, the waiter himself is not even local people but dare to complaint about tourist. You could have apologized saying that take away is not permitted.
I was asked to go to the cashier for the bill, but the Japanese sittinv next to my table had the bill delivered to their table.
Conclusions: They only entertain Japanese or alcohol drinking guests- this will bring more money to them right? If you have Asian look like me, please think twice before visiting. Rude waiter and poor customer service. Not worth the money for the service. Obviously will be the first and my...
Read moreWe tried this restaurant for the halal food, the food was decent, not amazing and not bad, but im giving a low rating for the awful service! This restaurant offers halal food and international dishes so you’d think it caters to non strictly japanese people! No one in the restaurant spoke intelligible english, our waitress had no idea what the dishes included and did not include, she directed us to another waitress who was more familiar with the dishes and used google translate to communicate with us! We were literally just ordering burgers, it took us 15 min to ask whether they were cheese burgers and to have mayonnaise and ketchup! Also i asked if the burger comes with sides, our clueless waitress said potatoes! We were served exactly 4 bite sized potato wedges, 4 bites if sth is garnish not aside! Had i known, i would have ordered a side of fries! Another person next to us who was looking for a vegetarian she literally had to wave the waitress down after 15 min to place her order, and walked out later because the orders took forever! The simplest salad took 15 min. Anyhow i think the hospitality sector in Japan has a long way to go, and this restaurant is a...
