The pinnacle of aesthetically pleasing Instagram worthy Head Spa. I paid for the 2 HOUR Luxury Head Bath treatment. Upon entering, my friends and I were asked if we needed to use the restroom. It’s a fun, infinite mirror room. We were escorted to our spa rooms where we met our spa ladies. I had the water room. There was a waiver I needed to fill out. My lady did not speak English, so we communicated via google translate. They asked me which essential oil I wanted for my aroma. I was served flavored water in the cutest glass. Then my treatment started. It was heavenly. I am docking 1 star because of their chair. Although it was not uncomfortable when I sat or laid there for an hour, it really started to be uncomfortable 1.5 hrs in. The entire head treatment itself was still 5/5 stars. The chairs are just not great if you want to do 1.5hr - 2hr treatment. I’ve done other head spas with flat beds, so I know there is a way to have 1.5hr+ treatments and be comfortable from start to finish.
Other than that. Loved the spa. They also have a self service hair styling room. I spent about 20 min blow drying and just enjoying the atmosphere.
Overall I did feel happy after my session. Products smelled great, felt great and my hair was...
Read moreDisappointing Experience – Not Worth the Hype. We booked here after seeing all the TikTok videos, but unfortunately, it didn’t live up to expectations. We paid for a 90-minute treatment, but the actual session was closer to 60 minutes or less. My partner didn’t receive the hand or arm massage that was advertised, and his treatment was completely finished within the hour.
In my case, my treatment didn’t actually start until around 2:20pm, even though our appointment was at 2:00pm. The therapist spent about 20 minutes trying to translate the consultation form and instructions. While I completely understand the language barrier, if this is such a consistent issue, clients should be asked to arrive earlier to complete the form ahead of time.
When we raised our concerns about the timing, we were told that the 90 minutes includes things like getting changed and prep time which feels misleading. Even with that explanation, my partner was out of the room within 60 minutes, and the only response was, “Sorry for the inconvenience.”
Maybe it’s because it’s in a tourist-heavy, premium area, but it felt like a basic hair wash at best. None of the luxury or experience we expected. Honestly, it just felt like a...
Read moreRabbcour experience was great. The technician gave great scalp massage. The whole experience left me extremely relaxed and beautiful silky hair.
The online booking only allows booking individual appointments. There were 3 of us. I had to make 3 individual appointments. It was a pleasant surprise that they don’t need credit card info to guarantee the appointments. They will reconfirm appointment couple of days prior to the appointment. Upon arrival, you take the elevator to their floor. Very narrow entrance way and be ready to take your shoes off before entering. Limited English but Google translate solved all the issues. You must pay the bill before the treatment which is a bit different from the USA.
I highly recommend the Dream Collaboration treatment. It is costly but it truly help me with jet lag. They also offer the Men Scalp treatment.
One feedback to the management-I am not sure if this is due to the language barrier. The technician took too long to trying to figure out if I or my husband was going to pay the bill. Have you considered having the guest pay...
