Just picked up an Audemars Piguet Royal Oak Offshore from Ginza Rasin and couldn’t be happier with the experience. The team really knows their luxury watches and made the whole process smooth. Their selection of high-end timepieces is outstanding, and the AP Offshore was in pristine condition. The staff was professional and clearly experienced with premium brands like Audemars Piguet. What impressed me most was their expertise with luxury watches - they understand the value and craftsmanship that goes into pieces like the Royal Oak Offshore. The authentication process was thorough, which gave me complete confidence in the purchase. Ginza Rasin is definitely the place to go for serious watch collectors looking for premium timepieces. Highly recommended for anyone in the market for luxury watches. Pros: Exceptional luxury selection, expert staff, thorough authentication Cons: Premium pricing (but expected...
Read moreBought a watch here last Nov after doing online reservation. When I visited the store, I was stopped by the security saying: "Rolex only" as if I couldn't afford it. Despite the unpleasant welcome, I still proceeded to purchase the watch tax free as I was tourist in the country. The sales agent did not inform me that tax free payment does not provide warranty for the watch and nowhere on their website states so (I don't know any other store that have this kind of policy). Now, less than 6 months after purchase, my Datejust went off by 1 day 4 mins and when I informed Ginza Rasin, the sales agent told me to bring it to Rolex Service Centre in my country and that my watch does not have warranty because I paid for it tax free. Absolutely unacceptable! Be mindful when making the...
Read moreVery unfortunate i could not purchase the watch i wanted from this store. I visited the Ginza Rasin to purchase a vintage AP. At the store i found out the watch was located at their Osaka Rasin. I asked one of the salesperson if I they could ship the watch I wanted to Ginza store and I would pay for the watch on the spot, but they refused. I have purchased many luxury items in Japan from many franchised businesses, and never had an issue shipping items to different locations. May be the Ginza Rasin store was too busy or did not need the business at the time. Very unfortunate, I would not recommend this...
