Pasta that tastes like Italy! Tiny restaurant like we like to find them in Japan, run by a Japanese Italy lover. The owner made sure I was ok to wait a little bit because he was already cooking for some customers. He can speak English and is very kind and funny with an impressive knowledge of European cuisine. I was amazed by how he was running the place all by himself, greeting people, taking orders, cooking, pouring drinks, serving food, he's a superchef! The shop is owned and run by a single, very lovely man. Because of that, the menu is a selection of a few handpicked dishes that he will prepare with great care. The food is absolutely delicious and there's a huge selection of wines and other beverages. The menu is written in Katakana/Japanese but the owner speaks English and Italian as well. Incredible food! The chef is a real master in italian cuisine. The pastas are good, but the sauce is even better and that’s the most important in pasta dishes. We had the gnocchi with basil cream and the penne with gorgonzola. Don’t be shy if there is no other customer you’ll enjoy a great moment with the chef and his recommendations.
