The experience my friend and I had in your restaurant tonight was absolutely awful. I honestly cannot believe that a restaurant in a five-star hotel could be so unbearably noisy. At first, the noise coming from the kitchen staff was already disruptive and unacceptable. It seemed that someone had already complained to the manager, and the restaurant did quiet down briefly. However, not long after, things became even worse—when a short male staff member in a grey uniform began yelling at the top of his lungs into a walkie-talkie in the corridor. As paying guests, are we really expected to treat this shouting as part of a “fabulous” dining experience? Or is it simply too much to expect a calm, peaceful atmosphere in which customers can enjoy their meals? The food may have been delicious, but the deafening noise completely ruined the evening. Ok… the stuff are no friendly at all. They don’t even talk us. We stayed at the Prince hotel and had breakfast here. Looks good. BUT… The stuff didn’t even come and greet at all The menus was fixed but in my opinion, if they think the hotel is luxury 5 star hotel, they should do a lot more like they should ask customers that all those menus are ok or if they have something they can’t eat and needs substitute. But nothing those thing. When we sit, orange juice and tea came, then breakfast came. They didn’t ask how the food is or need more drink. They were so quiet and just bring food. I love the very varied and ornate Japanese breakfast set where each of the ingredients were of the highest quality.
