Starbucks Coffee - Echika fit Ginza — Restaurant in Tokyo

About 30 seats in a mostly linear layout in a very convenient location by the Marounouchi Line entrance, but I was going to cut it to a high three stars because of the seats, mostly tall stools without backs. Only three comfortable seats in one corner. Stools are fundamentally uncomfortable for a leisurely drink. I'm pretty sure the problem is because of the location linked to the rigid business model. The location is so good thety want to discourage people from staying too long, hence the stools. The alternative of higher prices is not an option in their uniform franchise system.

In the end I decided to raise my rating to a low four stars because of the anti-plastic policy. Paper straws are basically good, and I decided to forgive the lack of the small plastic spoon that I like for the whipped cream. I adapted to a straw-based strategy that worked okay.

Doesn't really need to be stated for Starbucks, but yes, they have free Wi-Fi and it works as well as usual.

This is not my first time buying starbucks in Tokyo, but the service is strange to me. After I ordered a cup of latte, they asked me to stand in another queue to pick my drink even if the drink was ready. It means the drink was sitting on the counter, but I couldn't take it until my turn in the queue. I guess the wait time was 5~7 minutes after my drink was ready sitting on the counter.
