One of the Starbucks outlets I love to frequent due to its location in Ueno Park and the proximity to the station. This outlet is of considerable size, it has that relaxing atmosphere where the patrons can have their coffee while enjoying the view of the park. Since Ueno Park is always bustling with visitors, locals and foreigners alike, there's almost always events with stalls set up right outside the Starbucks outlet. I'd recommend going outside peak hours during the weekends if you can, else you'd have to brave the long queue. The baristas are friendly and most of them can speak good English. What I love about the store is that it has different sections for the seats and there's a long table designed for people who wish to work on their laptops or study inside. I'd just recommend going outside peak hours for a stress-free experience.

Well well well. Its a starbucks. Been looking to have a starbucks coffee since i landed in tokyo. And this is the place i get the chance to try. It is in the ueno park. The place is not very trendy, not very special. Just have to try a starbucks in japan. With all that being said. The place is crowded with people. The price of a grande americano is just over 300 yen. Its even cheaper than certain coffee i had in japan and the size is much bigger. I sat outdoor. They have warmer so its ok even with a temperature of 5 celcius outdoor. I noticed this outlet only got ladies barista serving us. Wow. A starbucks full of pretty japanese ladies, reasonable price, sarifying portion. What else can we ask for

It’s a Starbucks! You know what to expect! But the cafe across the way is even more expensive and has time limits, so if you just want to sit at a cafe in Ueno Park without too much of a splurge, Starbucks is the way to go. The outdoor seating is really lovely, but lines can get crazy when the weather’s nice. They do set up heaters outside when it’s cold out, so it’s pretty nice in early spring and late fall.

One of the best Starbucks so far. Next to the iconic Sakura viewing area with nice scenery and also you can enjoy the food truck. This Starbucks is baby friendly and does provide great assistance to the foreigner like me. Manage to enjoy their new chocolate drink and this is so awesome that I can’t find it any place else. The place is clean and well maintain. Will definitely going back again.

A good place to start the day in Ueno. Beautiful views of the trees around here and it closes to Ueno zoo.
