Being told by the older woman staff she can’t speak English in a starbucks is ridiculous. I really don’t care about her problems with not paying attention in school and choosing to work at Starbucks. Perhaps a Japanese brand would be a better fit for her.

The store is dirty and they aren’t cleaning. So they expect their customers to clean for them? Pay me.

Finally I expect to receive the entire drink when I pay for it. The lady preparing my frappe threw away at least 5 cm of drink. I paid for it so why is she throwing it away in the sink.
