I haven't been to this restaurant but live close, it looked expensive so I have been reluctant to go. I've tried to go twice, including today, and in checking Google it showed the restaurant as open. So my wife, son, and I walked to the restaurant and it was closed. This has happened twice, same thing two weeks ago on May 14. In the time it took a staff member to find a piece of paper, write "we're closed" on it and tape it up in the window someone could have updated their hours on Google. I don't know if I'll try and go again so they're losing potential customers over lack of communicating their open and closed times. If they are lazy with the communication how can the food be any good? They can do better,...

The burger was good and it doesn't fall into the ridiculousness that you sometimes see but I'm removing two stars for two reasons:

1- The salt amount in both the burger and french fries is enough to turn you into a rock overnight. It's an absolute turn off and frankly quite a shame because the burger tastes great... It doesn't need this much salt.

2- There's obviously a care here for providing a good burger with good ingredients....I don't know why the fries have to be like this. They're just like McDonald's fries but 1000x more salty. I wish they made homemade french fries that are up to their burger standard.

Good buns ...

If my highlight in a burger is the buns it not the greatest burger.

First " Salad or pickle" if you look on my picture you will a small salad next to my fries. It was kind of a disappointment when I first saw it. Been offert a salad or pickle I though it was strange offer. Who would choose a pickle instead of a salad? When I saw it, it made sense. The salad wasn't that great I wish I had choose the pickle.

Bread was toast with butter on it so it was quite tasty and bit crispier than normal buns.

The rest of the burger would be you normally expect from a 1000¥ ish burger. The amount of fries and the overall burger size is...
