Sushi Oedo — Restaurant in Tokyo

已經反應給老闆了！ 但是我覺得還是有必要提供給其他遊客知道！送餐來的餐盤與餐單上價格不同！是很嚴重的失誤。

到日本玩的這幾天，對日本壽司的印象很好，因為它離車站很近，所以我們選擇它成為我們在日本的最後一餐。 用餐前期我們秉持在日本用餐的習慣，要馬直接拿轉盤上的壽司，要馬直接點餐，但是我們發現我們點餐送來時給的餐盤價格與餐單不同！而且重點是！不是一次！不是一次！不是一次！我們秉持信任，他們卻上錯兩個價格較為高價的盤子，真的覺得很過分。 我認為一家餐廳不應該是這樣欺騙的方式賺取顧客的錢，重點是我們告知店家這樣的情況時，他們沒有任何的道歉、沒有任何的內疚，只有閃避的眼神！ 我們沒有要求任何免單或是賠償，但是希望店家能夠有所自覺，顧客到餐廳都是來找開心不是來找麻煩，沒有人那麼無聊，每一個項目都依依確認。我們也沒有再去確認前面是否有類似情況，但是要提醒大家用餐時要多注意價格的正確性！

すでに店長に報告しましたが、他のお客様にも知っていただく必要があると思います。配膳されたお皿の価格がメニューと違っていたのです。これは非常に重大なミスだと思います。今回の日本旅行ではお寿司にとても良い印象を持っていました。駅から近いという理由で、このお店を日本での最後の食事に選びました。私たちは日本での食事の習慣に従い、回転台から直接寿司を取るか、注文するかのどちらかにしました。しかし、注文した寿司が届いたとき、そのお皿の値段がメニューと違っていました。しかも、それは一度だけではありませんでした！信頼していたのに、2回も高い値段のお皿が出され、本当に残念でした。レストランがお客様のお金をこのように騙し取るべきではありません。問題を店員に伝えた際にも、謝罪も反省もなく、目をそらすだけでした。私たちは無料や補償を求めているわけではありません。ただ、店側が自覚を持ってほしいのです。お客様は楽しい時間を過ごすためにレストランを訪れるのであって、トラブルを探すためではありません。誰もが一つ一つの項目を細かく確認するほど暇ではありません。前半に同じようなことがあったかは確認しませんでしたが、皆さんには食事の際、値段が正しいか注意していただきたいと思います。

We have already reported this to the manager, but we feel it is important to let other customers know as well. The price of the plates delivered to us did not match the prices on the menu. This is a serious mistake.During our trip to Japan, we had a very good impression of Japanese sushi. Because this restaurant was close to the station, we chose it for our final meal in Japan.Following dining customs in Japan, we either picked sushi directly from the conveyor belt or ordered it directly. We trusted them, yet two times we were served more expensive plates than what we ordered. This felt very unfair.A restaurant should never make money by deceiving its customers. When we informed the staff about this situation, there was no apology, no sign of guilt — only avoiding eye contact.We were not asking for free meals or compensation. We only hoped the restaurant would be self-aware. Customers go to restaurants to enjoy themselves, not to look for trouble. No one has the time to check every single item carefully. We didn’t even check earlier dishes for similar issues, but we want to remind everyone: please pay attention to whether the prices are correct when...

This conveyor belt sushi place is located a stone's throw away from Okachimachi Station.

The sushi is pretty standard. Not much to good or bad to say here. The shop itself it pretty narrow and crampy, so I guess it gives it that old-time feel and coziness in a sense.

However, what I found most appalling was the lack of any coronavirus measures in place. The sushi on the belt was uncovered, the counter spots had no barriers between the staff or customers, and the counter seats were crammed together leaving little space between you and the next patron.

Even outside of a pandemic, I would still recommend other conveyor belt sushi...

Simple no-frill conveyor belt sushi restaurant. Our tour guide recommended this place, mentioning to use the conveyor belt if it's freshly placed and to order directly from the sushi chef if not. There are picture menus with English and Japanese, and I got by with "sumimasen sushi kudasai". Multiple chefs making for the belt and to order. Really enjoyed all the salmon and tuna nigiri options, though some of them are the same with different toppings. We didn't see anyone get the maki. ...
