Here are the good and bad things, in an easy way to digest. ◯ The food is good. As you can see, I ordered fried cheese and the American Breakfast.

1. Fried cheese wasn’t too greasy and the cheese didn’t taste cheep, which is good news. Still, a national (Japanese) might find it too greasy. Note: For ¥580 the store could offer more fried potatoes.
2. The American breakfast felt American without being too junky. Again, based on my standards. The bacon they use is tasty, so different to the bacon on can buy at a super market in Japan. Pancakes where small, but since I also had fried cheese I was ok with the overall volume. ◯ I liked the atmosphere. How they displayed some of their ingredients made me think that they put a lot of thought into the ingredients they choose. ◯ Lovely staff. They are very kind and wish other places had more people like them. ● The place is just too small, even for Tokyo. They also have the smallest door I’ve seen for a restaurant. It was so small and placed in front of a table that it took me time to feel brave enough to go into the place. Also, as sign that indicates where the entrance is should be placed. ● Don’t sit in front of the door. There is a disinfectant on the table and people are going to come to your place to use it. ● This place is on the expensive side when compared to other places. I don’t understand why it is so expensive. Maybe it’s because of its location (?)

I will visit again on a weekend but will make a reservation since I’m sure I won’t be able to find a seat otherwise. Would like to try something different although my wallet needs a break after my last visit. In the end I payed...

First visit in August 2022, Mexican waiter was sociable and kind and generous with the order. We liked him. As the English breakfast was incomplete, we ordered bacon from the American side menu and he brought it no problem (not the guy's fault, but the English breakfast is missing key elements such as bacon and butter, to name but a few). Second visit (today, 1st Sept 2022) was appalling. The main waitress actually refused to serve us bacon, even though this is a side order we would have been paying extra for. They had plenty bacon available (visibly, in the kitchen) and she said she would not serve us any as it was an English breakfast and not an American one. Firstly, she needs to get her facts right, not to mention her manners. Very unpleasant, snooty waitress who clearly doesn't know anything about world breakfasts or how to provide customers with the bare minimum i.e. what they are asking for. The prices for these incomplete breakfasts, by the way, are extortionate. Today's waitress has let the side down and I actually do not recommend this place because of the lack of service and...
