◆前菜小鉢8種盛り合わせ 自分は「早くメインを寄こせ！肉！魚！麺！」な人間で、こういったコース料理で出てくる小鉢は気に入らないことが多いのですが、こちらの前菜小鉢たちはメイン目当ての人にもしっかりジャブを決めてくる良い小鉢たちだと思いました。牡蠣や肉などの小鉢もあり、もうこの段階でうおおおおお！という感じでした。

◆黒毛和牛ローストビーフとウニのカルパッチョ 正直に言うと、メインのパスタや肉より好きでした。ローストビーフがただでさえレベル高く美味しいのに、そこにウニが加わり至高の一品。

◆ブロッコリーと海老の焼きマヨネーズ和え 出た！エビの皮とか頭をプレスしたやつ！どんな味なんだろう！(バリバリ)うめええええ！という感じでした、煎餅が近いでしょうか。ブロッコリーとエビ本体もしっかりマヨネーズ和えという感じで美味しくいただけました。

◆ウニの茶碗蒸し 味は想像出来ていましたが、やはりいざ食べてみると美味しい。

◆濃厚ウニのクリームパスタ はい勝ち(決定事項)(運命の導き)(美味しい) ウニとクリームパスタはやはり合いますね。

Muy buen Restaurante. El ambiente es acogedor, las sillas del mostrador son cómodas, y el servicio es muy profesional, como casi todos los restaurantes en Japón. He comido un par de veces , y siempre ha sido satisfactorio. Hablando con el Chef, tiene una conversación agradable, y divertida, y así aprendo un poco mas de Japonés.

Esta ultima vez ha sido un poco mas cara, pero por que me sirvieron tres tipos de carne.(momo/saroin/hire), mas unos espagueti de crema y erizo de mar, que estaban fabulosos bañado con un espumoso que esta muy bien. Es una opción muy recomendable si quieres comer buena carne.
