Absolutely amazing dining experience, was by far the best food I had on my Japan trip.
The venue is very cosy and you get to sit right in front of the chef's as they prepare everything. Watching the chef's work together was such a treat.
The waiter I had spoke perfect English and provided an English menu. Each dish was explained in detail as it was served.
The food itself is absolutely exquisite. Highly recommend the 9 course degustation that includes the caviar.
The caviar is served up with a variety of mini dishes to pair it with, they will explain the best way to eat everything but the chef's skill comes out to shine as each mouthful is a completely different experience to the last. The spiny lobster and Wagyu are so fresh and masterfully done.
If you want to go to a restaurant in Japan that can give you the full range of Japanese luxury foods, this is the only place to go.
