the 3rd Burger Otemachi One店 — Restaurant in Tokyo

Around 3pm - 4pm during non busy hours. It came out speedy which was good. The operation from ordering to receiving the food went smoothly. I ordered their signature third burger. Has a good amount of crunch from the komatsuna. The balance of the flavors was good. The patty was overdone(not juicy) You can tell they use cheap meat since there was a lot of sinew. I couldn’t bite through all the meat. Patty was thin as well as the bacon. Bacon was lean and Japanese style. The fries were nicely seasoned with seaweed salt. Altogether I paid 900yen. Obviously I wasn’t full. I think they are competing with McDonald’s, freshness burger, and mos burger. Some elements of their burger resembles McDonald’s. The burger patty(size)and the burger bun....

Ordered a double burger and got their signature "3rd burger" instead (No problem, mistakes can happen).

The thin peppery burger patty was completely covered with komatsuna stalks. Biting into it felt like I was biting into multiple sticks of celery at the same time. Not sure why that would be their signature burger.

LINEクーポンに入っていて気になっていた。目的地周辺にあることを知り、クーポン最終日に来店。 建物は大手町駅のC4出口（遠い）からすぐのところで、エレベーターで上がってちょっと行ったところ。少し迷った。 セルフレジだった。なんかすごかった。セットは＋⚪︎円でいろいろ変更できるようだった。

ハンバーガー、サイズは某チェーンより全然大きい。要のビーフパティはそりゃあもう美味しかった。前にバーガー専門店？ですごく硬くて顎が疲れるやつに出会っていたから、心配してたんだけど、全然。いいかんじに噛みごたえがあって、弾力がよかった。もしかしたらトマトと勘違いしてるかもだけど笑 黒胡椒が良い加減で入っている。肉汁は出過ぎずちゃんと出る。 トマトは写真と比べると全然青いけどそこまで気にならなかった。小松菜みたいなやつ（たぶん違う）も入ってるし、そんなに罪悪感なく食べられる気がする。色とりどりで健康そう。 まあポテトは見た目通りのやつでデカ目のだとホクホクで味があんまりしないやつで、薄いやつだとカリカリでいいかんじ。塩はしっかりかかってるよ。途中バーガーのケチャップつけてみた。 ドリンクはオレンジにした。ジュース系はそれくらいだった。あんま氷好きじゃないんだけど、言えば？減らしてもらえたのかな、どうなんだろう、、

総合評価としてはまたきてもいいかな。バーガー専門店にしては安い方だと思うから！美味しいし！
