However, the service was disappointing. I was seated at the bar table, and while I was enjoying my meal, the chef in front of me was washing something in the sink with vigorous movements. Some dirty water splashed onto my seat and even into my FACE. This incident left me furious and caused me to lose my appetite immediately. Although I thought of complaining to the store manager right away, but my lack of Japanese language skills deterred me from making a scene.
Instead, I scanned the QR code at my seat to provide feedback, I even including the chef's name in my comments. Unfortunately, I never received any reply from the restaurant, which leads me to believe that this restaurant just does not take foreign customers'...

You dine around the conveyer belt, however everything is made fresh to order from the self-ordering tablets. No pre-made dishes are on the conveyer belt circling around like other restaurants. The tablets can be switched to english for easy ordering. Every so often, they would push out a "promo dish" on the tablet, enticing you to add to cart. I like trying out new dishes so I didn't mind at all.
Dishes we ordered: Crab chawanmushi, trio salmon nigri, crab gunkan, corn gunkan, unigiri roll, uni, and a highball to wash it all down.
Everything tasted good, however nothing blew us away. I wouldn't go out of my way to wait for this place again, but it was good...
