Umami Burger Kinshichō PARCO Shop — Restaurant in Tokyo

Umami burger is a place I really liked going to until today. For some reason their machine that takes payment was broken, and after several attempts to try and fix it the cashier asks if I can pay with Suica. I oblige and load 4000¥ on my Suica, just for them to say nothing is working, they proceed to ask me for cash at which point it’s been 15 minutes of me going back and fourth. Eventually they say, we’ll take care of this because it’s our fault. They buzz me in to give me the food just for them subject me through the same while the food is there. At this point the food is getting cold and they can’t figure out what’s wrong. This is extremely unprofessional and not what I expect from an establishment. I would save your money and steer clear of this headache. The niceties that the staff here had was nothing more than a ploy for their own negligence. You guys need to do better. The burgers here are delicious! The patty is so juicy, the juices are literally flowing out of it as seen in the photo. However, it is a bit pricey compared to other lunch meals. I ordered the basic umami Burger and the set includes a drink and skinny chips. I paid 2,000 yen. The burger is big though so it's very filling. The crispy thin disc in the burger is cheese I think 🤔. It's crunchy texture is an interesting contrast to the soft and juicy patty. All in all, I am satisfied with the quality. It is located inside the shopping mall. There are plenty of tables and places to sit. The menu offers a lot of options. We ordered; it took around 10 minutes to be ready.
