Nice and lovely decorated restaurant with great food and lunch sets! We did go for full set with a salad, bread, pasta and a main dish and all was really satisfying! The staff is very helpful and an English menu is available for those not being able to...

We had amuse with caviar, rillettes, baguette, veggies in broth, potato latke, wagyu sirloin with potatoes and spinach, apple pie dessert. Nice wines. Dinner was outstanding, amuse, rillettes and main were super! Printed menu in English...

パスタコース2200円(税込)を注文。 ◆間取り…４人テーブル×2、２人テーブル×4、カウンター6席。テラス席は２人テーブル×3。カウンター前が厨房。 坂茂の設計は素晴らしく、木造であったが細長い柱と梁の構成はシャープで軽く感じられた。 また、コーナーを含めて大きく開放できるように建物の両隅にサッシュを重ねて収納できる納まりになっていたため、半屋外にいるような気持ち良さがあった。 坂さんの建築の特徴である「紙筒」も、厨房との間の壁や天井・椅子に使われており、柔らかな雰囲気を作り出していた。 ◆運営…厨房に男性１人、厨房+接客に男性１人+女性１人。BGMは静かで優しいシャンソン(？)。 ◆料理…サラダはバルサミコスソース(?)が効いていて美味しかった。 パスタは帆立てと小松菜はボリュームがあったが、麺は柔らか目のモッチリタイプだったので少し好みに合わなかった。 デザートの苺とミントジュレは意外と量がありビックリしたが、果物好きとしては嬉しかった。 V′un sante ( = あなたの健康)という店名に相応しく、無農薬野菜などを使った体に良さそうな料理だった。
