Wagyu Yakiniku Ten Gamushara Akasaka — Restaurant in Tokyo

Absolutely mind-blown by the quality of the meat versus the price of the courses here. All dishes, from the wagyu cuts, to the salad, kimchi, cold noodles, shaved ice dessert, were all delicious. I've rarely ever seen yakiniku restaurants with such a good cost performance. 3 courses to choose from at 4,000 yen, 6,000 yen, and 8,000 yen excluding taxes. I got the 4,000 yen one and was already plenty satisfied. The differences were not all that massive in the course volume. My two friends that came with me were equally happy with it. I would 100% come back.

Decor is quite classy and looks high end despite the food being so affordable. Looks like lots of staff are foreigners so their Japanese might not be the best but it didn't affect our dining experience. The only complaints we had would be how it took them a while to respond to removing a piece of burned meat that fell into the grill, plus the very strong AC towards the end of dinner.

They don't accept online bookings so I called and got a 7pm reservation for 3 at 19:00 on a Saturday quite easily. A little hard to find as its entrance is not inside Ark Building but on the side i.e. facing open air, but from looking at the map I could find...

I've had lunch there many times. I had the カルビ and ハらミ, and it was really good. The restaurant was perfect and had a great atmosphere. The dining area is really large. Lunchtime was usually a little busy but fortunately there were no queues today. The 180g of meat costs about 2,000¥. Additionally, you don't have to pay more for requesting more rice. The staff were extremely helpful. Definitely it’s my favorite...

Love their wagyuu yakiniku lunch set, it's very high cosupa! I personally like the karubi and mille-fuille type. The meat melts in your mouth... I really love their dipping condiments, I'm guessing it consists of minced garlic + spring onion, and ponzu sauce with maybe yakiniku sauce...? Not sure but they tastes great. For lunch set they offered free refill for rice...
