During our trip, this was the only restaurant we visited twice—a perfect 10, authentic Japanese BBQ place. The restaurant’s small, intimate setting truly enhances its special ambiance. They offered a variety of beef, pork, and chicken options. We chose a set meal with Wagyu and pork, which, marinated to perfection, delivered exceptional flavors. 朋友说这家店很不错，因此便跟着来吃了一次。店内氛围非常棒，有单人座位和双人/四人卡座，整体看起来很新。看了下菜单介绍是连锁店，想来吉祥寺这家店也是开了没多久？整体氛围和周边街区的文艺氛围很搭。 回到正题，烤肉套餐，也可以自由组合散点，一份和半份，量一般般，对于日本人而言还是很大的，但是作为一个自助烤肉的大胃王，这只能算是尝个鲜。这次我们点的是牛舌&背脊横膈膜肉套餐和牛排&横膈膜肉套餐，另外单点了牛舌 大肠 之类的，配合饭菜汤 吃的还算饱，调料三种酱汁两种粉，我觉得甜烤肉酱+辣烤肉酱+盐混合很棒。其实他那个紫菜汤很有国内的感觉，泡菜也很棒，很精致。 整体而言这家店提供了与价格相符合的服务和饭菜，还会再去造访但是无论是从自助式烤肉的角度来看 还是从烤肉套餐来看 价格都是偏贵的，正常来说人均1500日元的价格 应当可以吃到更为广泛的种类和稍好一些的肉质不过吉祥寺这个地方嘛。。。文艺情怀也是要钱的。说起来叔来过一次吉祥寺还是第一季的时候欸，，，好希望他来这家店拍一次。。。

確かにより安い価格で上質な焼肉とうまいサービスが結構楽しみました！ところで、スープと焼肉ソースも美味しいです。僕が好きな作り方法は甘味ソースと辛味ソースを1:1に入れて、更に食塩を少々加えることです。キムチもとてもさっぱりです。御馳走様でした！次は煮込みを食いたい！

I strongly recommande this shop because of its cheaper price( you can check price on menu I photoed) compared with other Japanese barbecue house. You can enjoy BBQ with better quality and volume of meat in a lower price. I did like soup and Kimchi offered in one set. It is not the traditional Japanese taste but, I think, close to traditional Chinese taste. It means the soup doens't have a fermented soybeans who may hate that, but a very nature, delicious seaweed soup. Also the same of Kimchi, its not Japanese or Korean taste, not salty, but crisp and refreshing. About the meat, I think better than average level of Tokyo, no need to describle, self-evident delicacy. I hope everyone can try Japan's HORUMON, in English, is hormon.
