YGF Malatang - Takadanobaba — Restaurant in Tokyo

Chain malatang place on the main street near Takadanobaba station. Vegetables were fresh and the restaurant was clean. I like that you are able to select different types of broth. On this trip I had the beef bone (not spicy). It was pretty good, but definitely needed a bit more seasoning to kit it up a notch. The food is good and you can customize to your liking. Be careful not to get greedy because you will end up with a huge bowl. Unlike the other ones I’ve been to, this one has more soup options. They have good service.
