ホットケーキが美味しいと聞いて行ってきました。 生地には豆腐が入っていると言うことと、隣の水飴屋さんの水飴がかかってるのが特徴です。 豆腐が入ってる分、分厚さの割には軽い感じですが、生地の味そのものは水飴がかかってないと、少し水分が足りなくパサッとした印象がありました。 添えてえるアンコは甘さ控えめで良かったです。 アイスクリーム添えの方がこの生地には合うかもしれないので、今度は抹茶のホットケーキも試してみたいと思います。 お店の雰囲気は、昔ながらの純喫茶という感じで落ち着いた空間です。 お店の前（軽四）と道路向かいに数台駐車場あります。

We stopped in at Baroque for a late breakfast and had the most delightful pancakes of our lives. The staff were also very kind as we don't speak Japanese and they helped us find the right car park. The cafe itself is very cozy and comfortable, I wish I was staying in Toyama longer to...
