Serving burned fried fish to customers

We go every week for sushi at this branch. So one evening they served us burned fried fish which is not a big deal everyone can make mistake while cooking. we politely asked the staff if they can please change it as it’s burned and we cannot give it to our 3 year old kid. The waiter took away the plate to change it and was just standing with the plate for few minutes and then they served exactly the same burned fish again on the conveyor belt pretending they changed it.

It’s start of dinner service at 5pm and your using old oil to save money. And instead of listening to customers request you serve back the same burned food. It’s lack of respect for your customer Doesn’t matter how big your brand is.

Also it’s very rude of the staff to serve back again the same burned fish that we asked to change thinking customer won’t notice. 22nd October...
