One of the best restaurants in Tsuruoka, a city famous for its food. (UNESCO City of Gastronomy) French style steaks and appetizers, using both famous local beef (Yamagata and Yonezawa Gyu) and various international beef selected by the chef. Food at this quality, at this volume would easily cost double to triple the amount in Tokyo. I was brought here twice by my friend, a one-michelin star chef (awarded for French Cuisine), and this is one of his favorite restaurants in town.

Delicious beef with smokey taste. If you go during lunch, there is a set meal that you couldn't find in dinner. But because of the space, it's better to make reservation before coming. For dinner I recommend you to try mashed potato, combination between potato and mozzarella cheese that melted in your mouth.

昨年のいい夫婦の日（１１月２２日）オープンされた新しいお店です。前から気になっていたので入ってみました。昼時間のせいかお客さんは多く、運よくカウンターに通して頂けましたが確実に入りたい方は予約をされた方がいいです。（予約でキープされている席がありました。）　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　ランチメニューは５つありました。牛タンと生姜焼きは数量限定です。そのほか山形牛ステーキ、ハンバーグ、カレーがありました。私はハンバーグを注文しました。待っている間雑誌を読んでいてそこにお店の記事が載っていました。　抜粋しますと・・・およそ３０品目に上るメニューも『自分が食べて納得したものだけをお出ししています。』と話す中でも国産の牛肉は山形牛またはA4～５の黒毛和牛を提供。豚は米の娘豚や桜美豚、鶏はさくらんぼ鶏と選び抜いたものばかり・・・・・　　　　　それだとしたらこの価格で提供してくれるとは！！。（都内や大阪では絶対１．５～２倍はします。）ありがたいです。　　　　　　　　　　頂いたハンバーグはコロコロしていて食べるのも楽しい（平べったくないのでうれしいといいますか。）ソースも含めとてもおいしいかったです。夜のお肉も頂きたくなりました。 ご馳走様でした。
