Beck's Coffee Shop Maihama — Restaurant in Urayasu

A small coffee shop located just outside Maihama station (not to be confused with Becker's, which is on the opposite side of the exit), this is a popular meeting place for coffee, light meals. A small "blend" coffee was 270 yen and tasted fine...it was the availability of sockets for customers at the counter seats that earns a 4th star from me! Be aware that it can get a little crowded at times. Unusually, there are warnings in Japanese not to use hair curlers or hairspray in the restaurant "out of consideration for other customers" - a policy amusingly enforced by exasperated staff, who several times while I was there asked customers to put their beauty equipment away! A small enclosed smoking area is provided. If you are sensitive to smoke, avoid the seating closest to this area. Overall, a convenient place to grab a quick coffee or...

had a sandwich and some (i think?) milk tea for lunch on our first day back in japan (minus the night we checked into our hotel) and ohhh MAN those were so good. staff were friendly and the atmosphere was very cozy!

im not usually that fond of vegetables but somehow the beef stew sandwich they have makes it so that i was able to enjoy them. they really know what theyre doing here LOL

overall i had a very satisfactory experience here! definitely coming back again if i visit maihama, and definitely considering visiting the other...

The closest coffee shop that I could find to the park. Filled with outlets for charging! Get a stamp, take a break and get you and your devices recharged before the evening parade and fireworks. They have restrooms including a changing station. Very practical and comfortable....
