I have mixed feelings about this place. We came in the door, wrote our name down, and proceeded to look at the digital menu sign near the cashier. Minutes later, a staff approached us and that’s when we found out another staff crossed our name out and others that came after us were given a seat already. It wasn’t clear whether they called us or not but they just said the other staff made a mistake. We sat down and ordered with our smartphones and our orders came within 5 minutes to 7 minutes. It was unbelievably fast for the type of foods we ordered. The sauce and eggs on my eggs benedict were cold so I believe that they pre-make a portion of the meal. The taste was alright. We had apple cream cheese pancake for dessert and it was okay as well. Overall, the price was a bit overpriced but they also have live musician playing ukulele in the restaurant which is quite enjoyable. The ambiance and music is relaxing. The daytime menu is all breakfast items, even during lunch time. The dinner menu doesn’t start until 17:30. Despite this, we still enjoyed our lunch.
I had the egg & cheese Quesadilla, with ham and bacon as my filling, while my husband had Kaila’s Pancakes and the Granola Parfait. The food tasted very fresh and delicious.
The portions are large. In hindsight we should have split a plate instead of ordering individual plates.
