★ = star given ☆ = none
5 Stars = perfect score (I would promote actively to friends and family, and I would try to return often)
3 Stars = good score. (If asked, I would recommend, and might return)
1 Star = terrible score. (I would make sure friends and family avoid, and would never return)
Food Quality and Presentation ★ The food was delicious and presented very nicely presented. Portions where generous and the food came to the table quickly and was always the right temperature.
Service ☆ The service from some waiters/waitresses was very warming and friendly, however getting the attention of the waiter was often troublesome as there was no table button. A few times before we could order I would sit there waiting for their attention.
Ambiance and Cleanliness ★ The ambiance of this establishment was themed towards a sea food restaraunt and was casual, yet relaxing. It was clean and well presented.
Value for Money ★ The value for money was fairly priced. Some items were fairly expensive, but with what we ordered, I feel we got what we paid for.
Location and Accessibility ☆ This Red Lobster is located on the 2nd Floor and is easy to access. The only negative thing is, there is no on-site restroom. If you need to go to the restroom you will need to exit the restaraunt and walk around 2-5 minutes to the public...
Read moreI’ve lived in Japan for almost three years and I have never had service even close to this horrible. I usually don’t ever leave bad reviews, even if staff don’t do their best because work can be hard. But this was absolutely horrible. I went here for my birthday and this blonde girl working there constantly kept forgetting about us, not because she was busy since she only served one other table but us. Her boss had to remind her to go to our table when we rang the button twice. And I saw her on her phone. When asking for simple things like a check, or refill, we had to wave her down and she would realize she forgot. But that isn’t what was upsetting, since forgetfulness can easily be forgiven. What was upsetting was her horrible attitude. Which ruined my night because I felt like a burden, not a customer. I asked for a drink from the bar because I saw on the menu they had the only two ingredients it takes to make it, and she rudely said no. It was okay if they couldn’t make it, but she got so annoyed with us. They also gave us no acknowledgment. No receipt after paying. Nothing. I think the rest of the staff are nice and welcoming! But she needs to be fired. She forgets nonstop, is rude, and even rolls her eyes with...
Read moreMy message is ONLY to Americans visiting Japan hoping for a familiar meal from back home.
This is not the Red Lobster we've come to know and love.
While the staff is VERY friendly and the restaurant is CLEAN, these positives cannot make up for my disappointment with my meal.
My BIGGEST complaint is the Cheddar Bay Biscuits. Not only are they not complementary but they are vastly different to what they should be. Essentially they are just a big ball of under baked cheese bread, not toasted enough and quite disgusting to me.
I go to Red Lobster for the Biscuits plain and simple, and these Biscuits quite actually ruined my experience tonight.
My second complaint has to be the Cocktails. Very overpriced and very weak, I actually doubt any alcohol was put into my drink as I tasted nothing but fruit juice.
The rest of my food was just okay, I ordered the Seafood Yellow Rice Mix and I didn't finish my meal. They serve shrimp with the head attached (I should have looked at the pictire before ordering) and this made the entire head explode with green mush when attempting to pick apart the tail.
Not satisfied leaving tonight. I wish I had chosen another restaurant, especially...
