It is recommended to enjoy half of the portion without pouring the tea first, in order to savor the base flavors, and then add the tea to transform it into a traditional ochazuke. Additionally, the karaage (Japanese-style fried chicken) was exceptionally delicious — a highlight of the meal. Unfortunately, I forgot to take a photo to capture the experience.
