🏕️Delicious Western-style Food at Tokyo, Disneyland🏕️
I chose to eat here during my first visit to Tokyo, Disneyland. Even though I spoke very little Japanese at the time, I was able to easily place an order. The chicken and waffles with a side of fries carried the cozy taste of home, and the long, Mickey-shaped churro was a lot of fun. (I went during the 35th Anniversary, so my pictures reflect that branding.)
The interior takes inspiration from the Thunder Mountain/Runaway Mine Train ride based on the American western frontier. Many of the seats are designed to look like large barrels, and there's upstairs and downstairs seating available. It's also not crowded, making it a good choice for lunch, even during busier...
Read moreA nice, out-of-the-way diner behind the Big Thunder Mountain ride. It does get crowded during lunch hours, but that’s everywhere in the park. The menu has staple items, and sometimes the menu has small changes depending on the season. During the Halloween period this year, they are selling maple pumpkin churros instead of the usual cinnamon.
They don’t offer any special dietary menus, so that’s something that has to be taken into consideration...

Waffle sandwiches with fried chicken and coleslaw or other variants, fries etc. Themed as a North American summer-camp, with Donald Duck's nephews as camp scouts. There's even an outdoor 'firepit' you can sit around. Totally charming at night too with lanterns in the trees....
