Galleria Café — Restaurant in Urayasu

Atmosphere: Walk-in & self service after 11 am. Order at cashier after walk-in. You choose your own seats.

Service: Staff is friendly and like most staff at Sheraton Grande, they speak some English. You may go ahead and order in English.

Food: We ordered the sirloin steak with rice and healthy ramen. The steak was decent for its price (I think ~2800 yen?). But I love my wife's dish, which was the healthy ramen; it's in soy broth, and they provide chilli oil and chilli powder to spice up the creamy soup (v deliciously healthy). Overall, I think their food is still quite good. And the place is not crowded and they open until midnight.

Pricing: Acceptable for a restaurant within Sheraton Grande. We spend a total of 5900 yen...

Ambience is great and relaxed. Kids meal was yummy - good nuggets and light refreshing chewy udon. Nice grape jelly and potato salad. But corn soup the more you drink the more salty. Soymilk based healthy ramen - not bad but too salty. Pork cutlet is delicious, but ramen soup...

マリオットのエリート特典朝食でグランカフェが使えなくなってから仕方なくこちらによく行きますが今後のために口コミを入れます。他のマリオット系列と比較してもスタッフがほとんど人生初めてのアルバイトレベルで悲しくなる。

まず料理の味のメリハリが無く飽きる。 メニューもいつ行っても代わり映えしない。 （グランカフェも同じメニューとのことで味メニューに関してはシェラトンの問題かも） 生野菜が乾燥しきっていて新鮮味を全く感じない。むしろマズい。 ホールの男性スタッフがやる気が無さすぎる。 前回は信じられないくらい悪臭漂わすスタッフがいて誰がホールに出す許可をしたのか理解不能。鼻ついてます？ フラフラたいして仕事もしないスタッフはブッフェの中で単純に邪魔。雰囲気最悪。リゾートホテルうたってるんでしょ？ 一番奥のソファ席に座ったら、ソファ裏の照明部分が汚すぎ。（写真撮る気にもならず） 一切掃除をした形跡がなく髪の毛やら埃やら不潔さが何ヶ月分？1月でこんなに溜まるなら年末年始の掃除もまともにしてないのでは？あり得ない。基本不潔。飲食やる気ある？責任者は遊んでるのですか？
