Tsubo is a charming little coffee shop in Zao Onsen village. The owner Shota is a craftsman barista, chef, and baker. Everything from his house roasted coffee, homemade cakes, the service, the cafe interior and atmosphere is executed with perfect attention to detail. I tried his lemon cake, sweet red bean, pour over, cold brew, walnut milk and oat milk lattes. Shota is a vegetarian so he only uses nut milk, but don't let that turn you off. A very cute cafe in the town :) Beautiful and beautifully decorated - the wooden tables, the dried plants and the antique items 😍 There is Latte with all kinds of milk, I took the Macadamia milk and my husband ordered the fermented green tea, both drinks were great 😊 We also ordered the banana muffin and the citrus mini cake and they were so good 🤩 All in all we had a lovely time, an I would highly recommend café if you're coming to town or just looking for a...
