横浜家系ラーメン銀家 伊勢佐木町店 — Restaurant in Yokohama

Service was bad. Apparently, this shop welcomes foreigners. However, the staff or owner of the shop didn’t seem to welcome us. There were 7 of us and had a hard time to understand on how to use the ordering ticket machine. The lady cook wanted to help us but the man, who were the front of house, stopped her to do so and he also just stood there, arm-crossed and looked unhappy, whilst speaking Japanese to us as if we could understand. Behind us were a line of people waiting already. At last, we’ve figured it out after a while. During service, the atmosphere was intense, as if a headmaster was looking at our moves at all times. A bowl of perfection. We love this place so much that we came back the next day.

The broth, chasiu, noodles are perfect. You also can choose how thick your broth, and your noodle type.

要注意！ 二郎系の真似なのか、好みを聞くのを辞めてしまったようです。 食券を渡す際に早く好みを言わないと勝手に全部普通で通されます。 新ルールなのか人件費削減なのかわかりませんが、今後は注意が必要です。 毎日皆勤で今か今かと入り口を覗いて早2ヶ月半 7月6日朝９時頃、やっと営業再開を確認できました！
