This is such an amazing hidden gem in this area! In fact, it's so good we came back for dinner after having a fantastic lunch!

Lunch is all about their juicy Hamburg that comes with a generous portion of rice and free coffee/tea. Juicy, beefy and simply amazing.

For dinner, we went the adventurous route and had beef heart - which was very nicely done, very tender and juicy. Sauces were on point. We also had the Sanger pork, which was delectable. The star dish for us was the duck - very tender and juicy on the inside, with a nice charred (aburi) skin which was lightly salted.

Best thing about this place is that they have a very wide selection of alcohol - from beer to wine to cocktails, you name it.

20230725 - this restaurant locates very insides at B1F of silk center. I bet that it’s kind of difficult to reach there if you hadn’t been there. Anyway, be patient. You will see it locates at the corner and it’s worthwhile. I tried all of the lunch sets and I would say every meal worth a try. Either pork or chicken is a good choice to start. The sources (Garlic, Japanese style and BBQ) that they serve are also full of flavor. It also offers one cup of free coffee for take out....

通りすがりに出会ったお店だったのですが「まごころ」を感じられるお店だったので、投稿します。 私達夫婦は、テイクアウトのお弁当を注文させてもらいました。マスクをなさっていましたが、イケメンの３人の男性が働いていらっしゃいます！注文を取りにきて下さった男性も丁寧で、マスクをしていても、マスクの下の笑顔が伝わってきて、こちらも自然に笑顔になってしまいました。注文すると、オーダーを受けたシェフらしき男性がチラっと私達の様子を確認するように目線をこちらに向けた後、スピーディに、かつ丁寧に作ってくれたのも、とても気持ちが良かったです！料理ができると、もう一人厨房に入っていた男性が持ってきてくれたのですが、その方もマスクをしているにもかかわらず、爽やかな笑顔が伝わってきて「ありがとうございました！」と丁寧に渡してくれました。家に着いてからお弁当を見てみるとなんと、お弁当のフタにメッセージと、イラストが手書きで書かれていて、とても感動しました！料理のお味も、とても美味しかったです。他者との接触が限られているこの時代に、このお店で久しぶりに「まごころ」に触れられました。ありがとう！また行きますね...
