KAIGANDORI Des Anges — Restaurant in Yokohama

We had an amazing dinner here! The highlights were the oysters! We had the oysters Rockefeller, oyster doria and oyster risotto. All were so decadent. I would definitely recommend to any oyster lover who also likes creamy, cheesy goodness. We also enjoyed the broiled salmon sashimi appetizer, veggies and dip, salmon avocado tartar, sirloin steak and spaghetti carbonara. Everything tasted great! For dessert, we has a canele, tofu cheesecake and the ice cream parfait. The canele was perfection. One of the best canele I have had in Japan so far (and I eat caneles everywhere I find them!)… I took pictures of the English menu in case it’s helpful to anyone reading my review. The staff here were very friendly and although most of the customers seemed to be locals, there was an English menu and it was very easy to communicate in English. As a person who loves oysters, I chose this place and it was a good choice. The food was reasonably priced and served very well. The atmosphere was cozy and comfortable rather than fancy. The raw oysters from Hokkaido were fresh and the fried oysters were great. The recommended menu of this restaurant is the cream sauce oyster spaghetti, which was also very good. Beautiful restaurant with amazing staff and food! We ordered many dishes and they were all delicious, I definitely recommend the fried oysters & shrimp cocktail!
