Anyone who loves donuts will love Krispy Kreme. This is located in the bottom diamond area of Yokohama station. It only has a few seating so it's more of a pickup and take out type setup. But the lines move quick there's usually a line but the stuff works quick in there good with the customer so it moves. Just stop by grab the donuts you want and go home you can stay and eat but there's like I said there's limited seating. The prices are like any other Krispy Kreme but not cheap but...

こちらの店舗しかクリスピークリームドーナツを購入したことがないため他店は存じ上げません。しかし、こちらの店舗は毎回アルバイトの教育が行き届かないせいか、クーポン券を利用するとき、予約している商品を受け取るとき、ある程度まとまった個数を購入するときなど、こちらからお伝えしたときの対応がおざなりかつ説明が拙く、客の立場からですとよくわからないことが多い。 まとまった個数（24個購入）したときに、次回からは購入の２日前までに予約してください！！と強い口調で言われ、そのようなルールだとは知らずご迷惑をおかけしたと思い、帰宅後調べましたが、あくまで事前予約であればアプリのクイックオーダーもしくは電話予約に関しては購入２日前までと記載されておりました。しかし、店舗ごとに細かいルールなどあるかと思い、次利用したときは事前に電話予約をして当日取りに伺うと、また強い口調で事前に予約をしても受けられないことがある！！と言われ、何か悪いことをしているのかな？という印象をもちました。そのような経過もあり、こちらのドーナツの購入を控えておりました。

以前の投稿から半年ほど経過した2022年5月8日に再度利用させていただきました。その中で以前と同様、不快な思いをいたしましたので、度を越えた態度のため投稿します。 背格好が低めで男性の店員さん、なぜ一言目から強い口調でお話しされるのでしょうか？声色、声の大きさなど色々要因はあるかもしれませんが、接客業をされている以上は、接遇は基本ではございませんか？非常に高圧的でこちらが悪いことをしているかのように感じてしまう印象です。 なぜ物腰柔らかな対応、言葉選び、声の大きさを調節するなどできないのですか？以前から複数回利用させていただいておりますが、毎回利用するたび不快な思いをしなくてはいけないのはデフォルトなのでしょうか？ 個人的な見解になってしまいますが、クリスピークリームドーナツは店舗数が減少しており、購入するとなると一番近い店舗がこちらのお店になります。『クリスピークリームドーナツが食べたいなら、接遇など気にせず買えばいい。気になり不快と思うなら買いに来るな』ということでしょうか？このような投稿など気にもしていないのでしょうが、改善する部署でお勤めの方がお気づきになった時は、最低限の接遇を指導してください。ドーナツは美味しく大好きなので、また利用する気持ちにしていただきたいため、よろ...
