We had an unforgettable dining experience at non dà clair in Shin-Yokohama. From start to finish, everything was executed with care, flavor, and finesse.
The highlight was the perfectly cooked succulent steak, juicy n tender with delicious sauce that delights the palate. Paired with a generous serving of grilled vegetables together with home cooked sauce, it was a hearty dish. The fresh fish with tomatoes 🍅 was another standout, delicately smoked and infused with vinegar that brought out its natural sweetness.
To accompany our meal, we enjoyed a glass of smooth, well-balanced red wine 🍷 El Santo from Spain 🇪🇸 a fantastic pairing that elevated the flavors of each dish.

However, the delightful waitresses showed us to a table outside and thus began our culinary masterpiece. It was a Happy Hour in more sense than one. Loved the ambiance of people enjoying their wine with their meals. They have a good variety of options from finger food to full meals. We were here for the full meal. We ordered a few appetizers, a pasta dish, and a pizza.
