REVO BREWING — Restaurant in Yokohama

I want to announce about the terrible service I received from two shop girls working at this restaurant.

When me and my husband entered the store before 20:00 on May 8, we received a terrible service from a girl with semi-long blonde hair and a rookie slender girl who was taught by the blonde hair girl. They treat us so bad that we couldn't stand it.

After entering the store, the rookie came to take the order after receiving instructions from the blonde girl. On that occasion, we ordered the lamb roast dish. After 50 minutes, there was still no lamb meat came out so I asked to the blonde girl if the order is confirmed or not.

After the blonde girl checked the iPad and confirmed the order, she instructed the rookie to tell us something. And then the rookie came and asked us with bothering face “Is the order was rum? “

so I said to her “I ordered lamb meat, right? If it wasn’t confirmed yet, it's been too long to provide so please cancel it. We want to leave the restaurant.”

Right after that, the blond hair brought the lamb meat. At that point, 50min. has passed from the order. so I told her that I had already canceled it.

Then she strongly said, "I brought the lamb dish. It takes a long time to cook." And she tried to leave the dish.

So I stopped her and asked her “If it takes so long to provide, shouldn't it be necessary to announce it to the customer when you take order? Do you know how long it's been since we ordered? If you have announced us about the cook time when we ordered, we would not upset this much.

Then finally she apologized to me bluntly, with unsatisfactory face and tone.

We felt very sick and wanted to leave the store immediately, so we told her we will pay for it but we won’t take the dish. Then she took it away with unsatisfactory face and she spited out “No need to pay for it!”

In the end, we paid the bill including the lamb meat and left the restaurant, but when we paid the bill, the rookie did not apologize at all and we were very surprised at the restaurant's workers attitude of not acknowledging any of their faults.

So if you are thinking of visiting this restaurant, please be aware of bad...
