Ordered the ala carte Ramen with soft boiled egg for 1050円, it comes with 3 pieces of Nori, 1 slice of Chashu, 1 soft boiled egg, and a serving of vegetables as the 4th topping.
I chose the thick option for the soup so it was very flavorful, the chashu was savory though a little tough while the egg was decent.
The staff was friendly and the ambience is lively, the ordering kiosk is available in Japanese, English, and Chinese as the restaurant is situated in the Chinatown district which also happens to be the largest one in Japan!
The pricing and toppings did harm my final rating for the food but it is overall still a decent ramen...

Read moreThe ramen noodles were very good. There are three options on the noodles, thick, normal and or thin. There are also options for the texture, hard, medium or soft. The soup base was also traditional. Overall, not bad but had better. The price point was $1180 yen for a large bowl. About $8 usd a bowl, not bad!
I will go to the other ramen shop across the street. That ramen shop is up to 20 percent cheaper! I will see if there is a difference in quality.
