TL;DR This shop does not deserve your money.
I’ve been ordering from this specific shop about once a month for the past year. I often get the feeling I’m being neglected by the staff but I usually dismiss it. My most recent visit made me walk out the shop mid order as I was able to confirm my suspicion.
Whenever I entered the shop I usually standby for 5-10mins before receiving service, today was no different. When the female staff member finally began to assist me she was interrupted in the middle of my order to grab 2 small pizzas and bag them for an individual that walked in 30secs prior. Not an exaggeration... I was shocked because the male manager (my assumption) was so blatantly rude about it, I could see the apologetic look of embarrassment on the female employee’s face. The ironic thing about this incident is, when I reflect on the several occasions where I was left standing in the empty shop the longest without assistance, it was usually when the same male employee was running...

I’ve ordered from Dominos several times in Yokosuka. I usually have no issues with my order. Today 1/6/24 I waited 3 hours to receive my order. As I am writing this I still haven’t received my order. I placed an order online. After an hour I called and was told the order was on its way. The app delivery time was adjusted from 3:52-4:15 pm to 5:20-5:36 pm. At 5:50 there was still no delivery. I call back. I am handed to 3 different staff members. The 3rd one told me I have no order and hung up on me after I asked to speak to a manager. I had to then go enlist help of a friend more fluent in Japanese than I am. They told my friend they must have accidentally delivered it to the wrong place. After they told me serval times on my second phone call that I had no order placed. I am still awaiting the pizza.
