Delicious cafe. It's just behind the Echigo Yusawa train station. For hot summer day, the shaved ice is perfect for such an occasion. They use onsen water for the shaved ice and coffee. Their shaved ice is so light and fluffy. It melts quickly in your mouth. The coffee is very lifelike in your mouth. Don't forget their fruit roll cake. They are so fine and flavorful. Highly recommend.

Must try the coffee roll cake (made with rice flour) and pudding is sooo soo good the best pudding I have tried ! I preferred the coffee flavor to the plain flavor roll cake. And they have a shop Next door that sells rice, sake etc. I had to buy a packet of 新米 rice! Great location just opposite the Echigo Yuzawa train station.

Mình thấy bánh của quán khá ngon, nhưng hôm mình đi gặp đúng nhân viên phục vụ thái độ vô cùng tệ🥲🥲 Mình đi 1 mình, lúc đến quán cô nhân viên còn chả thèm chào mình, cũng chả thèm hỏi đi mấy người, chả nói năng gì, đến lúc mình phải nói trước là mình đi 1 mình thì cô ấy mới kêu mình là cứ ngồi chỗ nào cũng được🥲🥲, đợi một lúc thì cô ấy mới mang nước ra cho mình, mang ra mà đặt cái cạch một cái, mà cũng chả kêu là "失礼"" thất lễ rồi" hoặc お待たせ致しました cũng không có luôn🙂🙂, mình kiểu "ủa" chẳng lẽ lại quay xe đi về, chán thật luôn á. Hay do mình là người nước ngoài nhở. Rồi lúc mình gọi đồ cũng vậy... nên mình đành ăn nhanh nhanh chóng chóng rồi quay xe đi về:)) tâm trạng buổi sáng muốn đi lượn quanh ga xem coi như toang:))
