My husband chose Le Royal for our honeymoon and regretted it shortly after returning to our suite after ordering room service and realizing that we had left the room around 5pm, and he had told housekeeping to come and clean the room after we had left, and upon our arrival at 3am the next morning, our bedding was not changed, our room service was still sitting in our room, and he had paid extra money for a romantic display on the first night, which was never arranged from the beginning. At 4am, my husband called the housekeeping supervisor and asked them to take care of the room, but all the supervisor could do was smile and say he was sorry. We were then escorted to the lobby to drink coffee while they cleaned the room, and we both felt they did not take our request very seriously the entire time. Our room was such a mess and to come back after visiting with family until 3am, and for the room to not be touched at all, was completely unprofessional and disgusting. When we arrived to the room, the fruit plate was next to the bed on the side table, and there was a random strawberry on the floor near the bed, which my husband stepped on by accident when bringing in our luggage. We should have taken that as a sign of the housekeeping staff's blatant disregard for small details, and oversight of taking care of their customers. This is a 5 star hotel, but their housekeeping and customer service deserve that of a cheap motel. The only area we would like to praise is the front desk staff, when we left the following day, my husband dropped his wedding ring down the elevator shaft to the basement, and the front desk staff managed to call someone to find it within the hour. This does not make up for the poor housekeeping and customer service from the hotel, but at least we left in a relatively good mood...

Our stay at Le Royal Hotel and Resort Amman was exceptional. Here are some highlights from our experience:
The hotel is impeccably clean. As a family, we took two connected rooms, and it was very relaxing. The staff were very welcoming upon our arrival, making us feel at home right away.
The panoramic views from the windows are breathtaking, adding a special touch to our stay.
The swimming pools are fantastic, with three options: two indoor pools with sweet water, one with 5% salty water, and an outdoor pool. The Jacuzzi, steam, and sauna facilities were excellent.
The gym is well-equipped and provided a great workout experience.
Breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options. I especially want to comment on the breakfast experience at Le Royal. Enjoying the delightful music of Fairuz in the spacious and elegant restaurant added a magical touch to our mornings. The acoustics of the hall beautifully amplified the melodies, creating an enchanting ambiance.
Special thanks to the restaurant manager Mohammad Salah and chef Maher for their delicious cooking and outstanding hospitality.
We also had a wonderful time at Chesters, the restaurant on the 10th floor. It offers a stunning view of the city of Amman, especially at night. The food was delicious, and the staff were professional and friendly. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there.
Overall, Le Royal Hotel and Resort Amman provided a memorable and pleasant stay. Thank you for the incredible...
Read moreI am writing to express my disappointment with my recent stay at [Le Royal Hotels &Resorts , I had high expectations based on the reputation of your hotel, but unfortunately, my experience was far below the standard I anticipated.
The Room i stayed in didn’t have enough towels in the bathroom, i had to wait for half an hour to get an Iron and that made me late for my dinner and the cleanliness of the room was unacceptable
I stayed in Room on the 18th floor the window was making so much noise as the weather was windy instead of changing my room and apologies they sent me two people to sort out the problem by putting a screw in the window which made the window not open at all after that
I wasn’t able to charge my phone as the socket in the Room was so old and didn’t have a USB socket so i had to ask the reception who couldn’t help at all claiming that they don’t have a plug to give to me to charge my in 5 stars hotel and they were absolutely unhelpful in anyway
Before my check out in the morning i raised my complain to the person on the reception and made me write my complain on a note and promised that someone will contact me and that never happened
I stayed in hotels in Amman were much better and genuine 5 stars hotels like the Four Seasons and the Ritz-Carlton and i thought Le Royal Hotels Resorts will hit their standards but through my personal experience i won’t recommend this hotel to anyone whos looking to stay in 5 stars hotel in the beautiful...
