I recently had the pleasure of dining at Cinco de Mayo, located within the luxurious Intercontinental Hotel, and I must say it was an unforgettable experience from start to finish. The moment you step into the restaurant, you are greeted with chips and dips.

The service was very good,The staff went out of their way to ensure every aspect of the meal was perfect.

As for the menu, Cinco de Mayo truly delivers an authentic taste of Mexico with a creative twist. I started with the guacamole, freshly made at the table, and paired it with warm, crispy tortilla chips. The freshness of the ingredients was immediately apparent. For the main course, I opted for the chicken fajitas . Every bite was a taste of Mexico at its finest.

Anyone who visits Amman, Jordan especially if you're staying at the Intercontinental Hotel Amman must dine at the Cinco de Mayo restaurant for the phenomenal cuisine, wonderful service, and beautiful accommodations. The cuisine is as authentic as I've eaten in Mexico, Arizona, and Texas...but big serving with fresh food and tender beef. There was hardly any gristle at all. The Jordanian staff under Mr Abdel Hadi are highly professional, courteous, and a delight and enjoy cultural exchange with. The atmosphere is beautiful with wonderful weather, whether with family, friends, or a romantic getaway, this has all that you would want for a special occasion.
